It has been a long while since I have been on here and during that time I have moved to the above mentioned area. Since I still consider myself new to this landscape, I wanted to see if there where any other avid hunters out there willing to partner up on occasion and share the fun? I live on a ranch outside of Garden City and I would love to make new hunting friends! Oh, it would probably be pertinent to know that I enjoy hunting pretty much anything that moves! ^_^

Thanks for your time everyone!

(P.S. I am an experienced, safe and responsible hunter so please only respond if you share these same sentiments.)

My wife and I enjoy hunting new areas and meeting new friends. I'll have her send you a PM when she gets back from Russia later this month.

Cheers,

Hello Ladywearcat

I grew up in Coahoma, both of my parents were from Garden City and Forsan, Grandfather farmed between the Connie Edwards and Lauren McDowell. That is excellent country for varmints!
I live south of Houston know but love going back out there when I get the chance. If you ever put a hunt together let me know!

I hunt a ranch just east of garden city off of county rd 307. I'm presently building a new night rack that's hopefully better than the 1 I presently use. Its alittle late in the year but I am sure I will field test it some time during april. I will not be shooting bobcats but greys and yotes would be fair game. Got little over 11 sections and some of it never called. Let me knows

It may suprise you but I have not seen a single pig of any kind in Garden City. I do kill quite a few down in Ozona or just south of it. Got 11 two weeks ago and probably saw 70 or so. Used To see quite a few down towards Sterling City but I hunt some land in water valley and haven't seen any on camera or in person there either.

Claymanter - if you ever feel like coming over towards Ft Stockton, I have Pecos River, alfalfa fields, and several places around between here and Sanderson and Pecos.
Do you have thermal vision? (I don't).
